This dish is closest resembling to Chicken in Meat Keema. 126 is my apt number, hence the name - Non-Veg 126.Best served hot with Rice/ Naan.

The Kitchen Needs :
- Ginger, finely chopped - 2 tsp
- Garlic, finely chopped - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 3 tsp
- Green and Red chili - as per taste
- Chicken (with bone or boneless) - medium pieces - 400gms
- Ground Turkey - 150 gms
- Onion, chopped - 2
- Bay leaf -2
- Oil / Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
The Efforts:
- Pour Oil or Ghee in a pan.
- Fry Bay leaf & Green Chili.
- Add Onions, fry till golden brown.
- Add Chicken & Turkey.
- Fry till white color appears (approx 5-7 minutes).
- Add salt and rest of the spices.
- Add water (1-2 cups).
- Allow it to cook in medium flame for 45 minutes ( 1-2 whistle in pressure cooker).
- Garnish with coriander and lemon juice.
